4. Match regulations

4.1 Conduct of qualification stage matches:

Before all matches start, in the official Discord server ( https://discord.gg/Bd7CNf5wH2 ) the tournament grid will appear. The team that ranks higher in it will play on the blue side. The team that is ranked lower will play on the red side.

The team at the top should create a lobby with the following settings:
5 vs 5 game format;
Game map: Summoner's Pass;
Game Mode: Tournament Selection;
Server: Russia.
Team size: 5;
Observers : Only for lobbies.
The name/password of the game lobby must be clear to the team, which they will pass on to their opponents.

All matches are played in the "follow by" format. As soon as you have an opponent in the grid, you need to contact them on the website or through the Discord server and start playing. If you do not have an opponent in the grid, you need to wait for him to appear.

In case of non-appearance or delay of 15 minutes from the start of the game indicated in the schedule or indicated by the referee, the team is awarded a technical defeat. If a team is late due to a prolonged game and the inability to start a new one due to the fact that the previous match is being played, then a technical defeat is not awarded. In a series of games, a single game loss is awarded. If your opponent is not present, you need to write to the Discord server to contact the captain of the opposing team.

Only players and official streamers are allowed in the game. The presence of third parties is prohibited.

When both teams are ready (confirmed by the captains in the game lobby), the game should be started. Locks and champions are selected in Tournament selection mode.

Placeholders are not allowed at the block/select stage. In case of an erroneous block or selection, the player should immediately (before the next block or selection is made by the opponent) stop the selection process (go to the lobby), report the error to the opponent's captain in the game lobby. After that, you can start the match again, repeat all the locks/selections to the wrong one, and make the correct lock / selection.

With the consent of both teams, it is possible to use third-party sites for the draft, such as http://prodraft.leagueoflegends.com. The result of the draft on a third-party site must be reproduced in the Tournament lobby, including all bans and the selection of champions.

4.1.1. During the game.

If one of the team's players is disabled, the captain can pause the game. For 1 match, you can set a maximum of 3 pauses, which in total will not exceed the limit of 10 minutes. If a team is not ready to continue playing in full strength after the time allotted for pauses has expired — it is considered a technical defeat. The game ends after one of the teams destroys the Nexus.

If a team has stopped the game (paused), the opposing team resumes the game (after receiving the consent of the first team).

4.1.2. End of the game.

At the end of the game, the captains should check the grid update, the correctness of the game result, and report possible errors to the Tournament referee.
After the game ends, the team captain must send a screenshot of the match result to the Discord server, and indicate which team won. The team is given 10 minutes to send the result of the game. If the result of the game was not received, then none of the teams is counted as a victory and the match result is canceled.

4.2. Play-off stage matches:
4.2.1. Before the game starts
4.2.1.1. The team representative should keep track of information about the game schedule in the Tournament Discord server.
4.2.1.2. Team players must be in the lobby in full 15 minutes before the start of the round specified in the schedule or indicated by the referee. In case of non-appearance or delay for the game for 15 minutes after the start of the game specified in the schedule or indicated by the referee, the team is awarded a technical defeat.
If a team is 15 minutes late in best-of-3, it is awarded a technical loss in the match, but not in the entire series. For example, if the score is 0-0 in a best-of-3 series and the team is 15 minutes late, then it is awarded a loss on the first card and the score becomes 0-1. If a team is not ready to play after another 15 minutes, it is awarded a 0-2 loss.
4.2.1.3. Only judges and broadcast officials are allowed to be present as observers.

4.2.1.4. Upon the readiness of both teams (confirmed by the captains) and after confirmation from the Tournament referee, the game should be started.
In case of an erroneous blocking or selection, the player should immediately (before the next blocking/selection is made by the opponent) stop the game (go to the lobby), report the error in the Tournament Discord server to the Tournament referee. After that, you can start the match again, repeat all the locks/selections to the wrong one, and make the correct lock / selection.
4.2.2. During the game.
If one of the team's players is disabled, the team captain can pause the game and wait for the player to return for 15 minutes. If a team is not ready to continue playing in full strength after a 15-minute pause — it is considered a technical defeat. The game ends after one of the teams destroys the Nexus.
